Dippin' Chicken In It

With the summer winding down, most people are scrambling and scrounging around to live out their favorite summer activities.  For me, it's been non stop BBQing.  For those of you out there who share my passion, I've got the perfect remedy for your BBQing needs:

15 Minute Marinated Chicken:
1/4 cup of dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of dried tarragon
1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
4 halves of chicken breast - boneless/skinless

Combine the first five ingredients, mixing well
Spread on both sides of the chicken
Place chicken on a plate
Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes - or for several hours if you're up for it - in the 'fridge
Grill uncovered over medium coals, turning once for 10-15 minutes, or until juices run clear

What you do with the rest is up to you.
